Expectations of Band Members

• Maintain a close walk with Christ and live according to his Word.

• Demonstrate a commendable testimony on campus and during team travel.

• Adhere to worship team and Boyce College covenant, policies and guidelines.

• Attend and be actively involved in a SBC-affliated church.

• Enroll as a full-time student (taking at least 12 credit hours per semester) at Boyce College

• Commit to a full year of participation on the worship team – fall and spring semesters.

• Register and participate in Boyce College Choir (MU 150) or Cannons Orchestra Band (MU 159).

• Maintain a minimum 2.7 cumulative GPA throughout the school year.

• Maintain a good discipline record with Student Life and Boyce College Administration.

• Be comfortable playing with a click track.

• Be comfortable with a wide repertoire of hymns and contemporary praise songs

• Provide and maintain your own equipment

• Lead with a hopeful and humble presence (Psalm 34:5; Philippians 2:3)
